More on this Project from Deanna Carr

Deanna CarrMrs. Imani Bazzell has just recently interviewed me for her talk show. She asked basic questions like what did you learn so far, how did you get picked, and what was the part you enjoyed so far. I am involved in the WILL-AM project and the All Girlz radio project which we record in the WILL studio. These are two different projects that take a lot of work from me. My hobbies are talking on my cell, playing volleyball, going shopping, playing the piano, dancing, keeping my hair up, traveling to see my family in different states and town, keeping my grades up, and reading. With the help of my mom which just received her master degree and graduated on high honors I can do the WILL-AM project, All Girlz Radio, play the piano, be a honor student at Franklin Middle School, and attend a book club which is “Books Before Boys,” and still be me. With my mom always there fighting my battles I can do all of this and still be me. The WILL-AM project has helped and open so many doors for me I would hate if I wasn’t recommended to be in the group. Our groups is not perfect we have had our ups and downs but now we have come together as a group and we learned hoe to deal with the different attitudes because we know were all are not alike. Before I was chosen for the project I didn’t have the slightest clue about the Brown v.s. the Board of education but once I have came in and interviewed one person, read books and websites, attended basically all of the meetings I have learned so much. The first fact I learned that was the Brown v.s. the Board of education was not just one case but five different cases that were located in four different towns including Columbia. This was the first fact that I learned that lead up to several other facts.
